Hello,
I'm using Insight in Jira Service Management and i'm building my Insight assets and i created different object type and different object that i associated to users.
I would like to know if it's possible to see all the objects that are associated to a particular user ?
I mean i would like to do a research not only in one objects type but in all the objects types.
Just one more informations the users attribute is fed by our Azure active directory
Best regards,
Guillaume

Welcome to the community.
You can use IQL in Insight schema to achieve what you wanted. Essentially you are doing a search for your user association attribute. Please refer the Insight documentation on how to use IQL -

Hope this helps.

Hello,
Sorry but for the moment i don't find a way to fix my problem.
I still can't search all the objects associate to an attribute in all objecttypes.
Knowning that the attribute is the same for all objects in all the objectypes.
For example : I have an objectype called Computer in this objecttype there is an object and in this object an attribute with the name of the owner of the object.
I have a second objectype called phones and as in the first objectype there is an object in this object an attribute with the name of the owner of the object.
I would like to be able to find all the objects belonging to the attribute name of the owner.
I mean not doing a research in each objecttype but in all the objecttypes.
Would it be possible ?
Best regards,
Guillaume

For example using IQL search, we have an attribute named "Assigned User" that is used within multiple Object Types. Here is an example -
We queried for the attribute name equals to a specific user, the results will display all the objects where "Assigned User" attribute is used for user x...
Lastly, it seems my previous link is no longer active. Here are a few IQL link (CLOUD env) for Insight that you should book marked.

I am sorry that I don't understand French based on your screen capture. Are you saying that you don't have "Search for objects" under the Insight pull down menu?
Did you setup Insight Object Schema access properly? If so, I would recommend that you submit a formal support request with Atlassian Support for further assistance.

One other thing, can you try the following steps provided in this link? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/search-for-objects-by-label-key-or-id/

@[deleted] I meet the same issue. Joseph is correct but it is Server/Data Center version. You and I are using Cloud version. There is no such feature so far.
