Hi,
I am trying to create a Automations in Insights to email or create a ticket whenever a Attribute is a certain value.
I cant seem to get it to trigger unless I set it as something such as "comment added", but that is no good as I need it to be automatic.
End goal is to use this to create tickets whenever a certain date is hit.
Hi,
I recreated your rule like this:
(Geplantes Ereignis means Scheduled Event)
I had to choose another THEN-Action because my test instance doesn't send emails.
It works fine this way, maybe your Cron Task isn't working properly or (god knows why) the Condition is blocking the rule?

Yeah not working, I added a "comment added" trigger to see if that worked, and it worked fine.
