Hi Everyone,
Needs some help. Before the migration of the new admin center in Atlassian, we invited guests and then migrated their email addresses and linked it to confluence and JSM to a certain product. This no longer works. There is no migration button anymore.
How can we fix it?
Kind regards
Theresa
Hi @Theresa Barnard _Cloud Admin_
Welcome to the community.
Please explain a bit more in detail, provide images, steps you take etc..
Hi Marc,
We have been inviting customers to our Confluence Knowledge base and JSM for several years. Everything is setup and working.
Atlassian has changed the menu for the admin side.
We use to have a button under products portal to migrate a new customer email. After that, then only the customer can view the JSM project and log tickets.
There is no button to migrate the customer, so now when we invite the customer and link them to the project. They can see our Confluence Knowledge base but not JSM project. The JSM part they are hanging in limbo
You do see the jsm logo and Confluence logo
There is a helpcenter menu but nothing else works. This is what the customers sees. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hi @Theresa Barnard _Cloud Admin_
On the JSM project is the customer visible in the project option customer?
On the JSM project, in the project settings, under access people and access, add the group "jira-servicemanagement-customers-betterbe" and grant the role Service Desk Customer

@Marc - Devoteam
In our Project Permissions we have the Create issues:
Service Project Customer - Portal Access
Does this mean, the way we are working will not work anymore. What do we need to change?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Are any other permissions given to "Service Project Customer - Portal Access"?
At least browse is mandatory otherwise customers can't see the project.

These are the only permissions for customer.
