I am also seeing some degradation on Jira while reviewing tickets. I got some errors related to connection issues:

- Comment could not be updated 

- i have to refresh multiple times to be able to see Queues 

- HTTP status 503 - Service unavailable

The status dashboard says everything is operational and Past Incidents

Jan 18, 2024,  No incidents reported today. This means the dashboard is not useful.

@Kelvin Davis yes there is seems to be a general thing affecting certain instances. For a certain clients of mine, JSM is fine. In other not. On my instance there is a problem as well. Keep an eye on https://status.atlassian.com/
