I'm using the Form feature for request types in Jira Service Management because I need conditional logic on some of the fields. However, I don't see the ability to upload attachments to a form. Am I missing that?
Hi @chris bohnert - Unfortunately, attachments are not yet available. You need to add them to the portal request form and then they'll appear above your enhanced form.
