Hi @Mohammed Haneefa Farook welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Short answer: No.

The Jira platform only has 1 level of projects.

In Jira Service Management, you can however create multiple service projects that are all accessible through the Help Center. They are shown as different customer portals.

Each customer portal is a separate JSM project in Jira.
