Hey there, I've got a question about the JSM Help Center. Is it possible to have a single portal for both internal and external customers, where internal customers see one set of options and external customers see a different set of options?
And the external folks shouldn't be able to see the internal customer options, kind of like RBAC?
Welcome to the community. Yes, you will need to setup your JSM project(s) configuration -
Project settings >> Customer permission UI
This setting actually control the visibility of your project(s) via the same portal UI. You are essentially controlling access of your users on who can access which project(s). This needs to be done for every project that you want to lockdown.
If a customer is not explicitly added to the project's access control, then he/she will not see the project in the Portal UI.
Unfortunately, one instance of JSM env can only have one HelpDesk portal UI in common.
Hope this helps.

I find it crazy that the only way to make a portal "private" or "internal" is to have to manually add people to it, considering that we have roles, verified domains, etc. Yet the only option I see mentioned everywhere is "have to add users manually".
Am I missing something?
