@Somnath Raveenthiran The report you are looking at is specific to the project that you are in. There is not a way to add additional projects or remove them as the report only shows the project you are in, as stated on the top Production Defect Service Desk.
we have many branches(Customers) in that project, is it possible to remove one particular branch(Customer) from that project?

@Somnath Raveenthiran You can place specific JQL on any of the metrics that are on the report. You just need to edit the report and edit the metric. Time to first response and Time to resolution will allow you to add specific JQL to remove specific customers or organizations.
