Hi all,
our customers are grouped in rather large organizations and while members of this org would like to be able to see requests, they wish not to receive notifications.
Since the reporter will always receive notifications (at least in our case) is there a way to disable the notifications for all request participants/organizations by default, so they can enable this at will?
Thanks,
Thomas
Hi @Thomas
Yes, you could by removing them from the notification scheme for each event accordingly. However, I would create a brand new notification and apply it to the project, because changing the default one would affect all existing and new projects that use the default notification.

Thanks
Hm, looking at the notification scheme, we are only sending out notifications to Assignee, Reporter, Watchers.
Arent we talking about the "customer notifications" here? (https://<tenant>.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<project>/settings/customer-notifications)
Here, I can only enable/disable them but this will always affect all customers, treating reporters, request participants, and organizations the same.
