Is the Atlassian cloud configured in Germany?

We have received mail -MS Sentinel: Unfamiliar sign-in properties-User (******@*****.com) has made multiple sign ins from unusual IPs (Germany), after tried to configured Custom mail id on Cloud.

So want to know Is the Atlassian cloud configured in Germany? because of which we received this mail

Atlassian's data residency can be found here

It does have a datacenter in Germany as an option so that could be the cause. You can configure the residency if you want on your instance
