Has communication been stopped? Can an official answer?
Can you briefly explain what "cbteam" is doing? I guess they have nothing to do with Atlassian, but they just as well use the products for their offer and services. As you can probably guess from the error message, their cloud instance is currently unavailable. I can imagine that there are other ways to contact them. However, I don't think you will reach anyone from cbteam here in the Atlassian community unless, by chance. So maybe try other ways first. Surely they have a website or email addresses? :)

There are several causes that can lead to this message. There is no current incident on status.atlassian.com, but that does not necessarily mean that there are no issues with a specific instance. So we can't give you an answer to the question. So either find another way to contact the provider or be patient. And then it may still be that the cbteam has discontinued the service.
