Is there a possibility of maintaining two separate set of weekends for different years in Jira Service Desk?
We have recently had a change in our weekend from Fri-Sat to Sat-Sun from 2022 year onwards.
So keeping that in mind. if I change the calendar settings to update the weekend it would overried the previous years SLA calculation as well. Is there a possibility to tweak the system to achieve this.
It may be possible by creating a new calendar (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-a-new-calendar/) and then updating the slas to separate the date creation via jqls.
So tickets created in 2021 will use the old calendar and new ones in 2022 the new calendar. If you have a lot of slas this would be a pain to accomplish.
Thanks Fabian for that brilliant idea, It would be a painful exercise nevertheless the only viable one I can see.
