We are creating a form for complaint handling where the initial poster will assign a complaint handler via a customer field, this will then add the complaint handler to the ticket by making them a requested participant.
Whilst they can now see the form and add comments to it, is there a way they can be given permissions to edit the fields on the form they are assigned to?
The majority of complaint handlers will be unlicensed users.
Thank you for any assistance or insight provided!
Are you currently using the JSM forms?
These can be configured to allow customers to update them post ticket creation.
Thanks,
Kian
Hi,
I was not using forms originally.
I have recreated the request in a form linking the same custom fields and set it so it will be automatically filled out within the portal.
Can you confirm if the screenshot settings would allow the requested participants to make changes to the form after submission?
Thanks for the response!

Yes, that should allow customers with access to the ticket to edit it.
Thanks,
Kian

Hi Kian,
Apologies for the delay, I created a form and put this inside of the request type but it still did not allow the end user to make changes.
