Is there a way to create Change Freeze windows for "every third thursday"?

I'm trying to configure Change Management in JSM, and would like to add a change freeze window for when we conduct monthly server patching. We do this on the third Thursday and Saturday of a month, but the Change Freeze config doesn't seem to cater to this. 

Has anyone been able to align the calendar events with that kind of "every third thursday of the month" logic?
