I would like to be able to apply a specific styling based on which event triggered the notification. I would like to do something like this:
<div class="${notification.eventname}">
And then have a matching CSS style.
Is there any way to accomplish this functionality with the built in Jira Service Desk Notifications?
Hello Brody,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
You can find available variables on Project Settings > Customer notifications > Edit templates > Insert variables and the event name is not available to add on notifications.
We have a feature request suggesting to include more variables:
- https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-6400
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates and also feel free to add a comment with more details about why do you need this variable.
Regards,
Angélica
