Is there a way to limit who has access to the customer survey results?

Hi all,

I would like to restrict the reports page so that only certain team members can access and see the report. I don't think this page should be visible for the whole team and everyone should see the ratings of their colleagues.

Is this possible?

Bonus question: Is it possible for individuals get notified when THEY receive a rating? Not necessarily via report but a simple email that someone left feedback about their ticket.

Hi @Thomas ,

 

Unfortunately, the reports can be runned by any user who has access to the project and you can't restrict that.

The only option around this problem would be to create an Issue Security Scheme which allows users to see only the issues assigned to them, so that they will only be able to run reports on the data they have access to hence on their issues.

Regarding your bonus question, I don't think this is doable in Jira.
