We've encountered some issue that 1 to 3 user experienced an issue, but upon checking the automation(Auto complete) is working properly for most of our users.

Show us the automation rule.
In what way is it not working for some users? Is it not being triggered? Is it being triggered but not then working as expected? If it is being triggered, what does the Audit Log for that execution of the rule say?
Hello i just comfirm it with my team. They say " The automation is not triggered for auto decline after 10 days of no response." . Upon checking in audit log the status was successfully declined but it doesn't refrelect / update on our user dashboard.

Please show us the Audit Log entry details for an execution of the rule when you didn't get the results you think you should have, and show us the issue the rule was supposed to affect
