Hello community! I would like to know about some possibilities with Jira... Is it somehow possible that at the time of an issue transition, a drop-down list would appear with all active issues from another project? We will have a project with only incident cards, which will be linked with request cards (in this case, the transitioned issue would be linked with an incident card from another project) For this reason, the drop-down list of issues from the incident project would be interesting, to facilitate when linking.

An example: I received a request and identified it as an incident. When transitioning the request issue, I would like to link it to an incident card from another project. With this, I would like to view all the incident cards from this other project to choose which one I want to link to the request issue.

The Issue Picker field is not natively available in Jira Cloud. However, you can create issue links to other issues, which are more useful than just an issue picker, and the dialog for that is effectively a search.

In this case, would I make the link normally within the issue by clicking on link issue? But that's only outside the transition, right?

You can create a screen and add the Linked Issues field. Then, go to the workflow and add the screen for the transition. that's how you can achieve the same
