I am trying to import Incidents & Server Requests from a CSV file, in my test the CSV the status is set to "Closed" and when I import the ticket says the status is "Closed" but Jira does not see the ticket as Closed.
If I report the ticket and then Close again the status work as expected.
In you csv you also need to provide a column specifying the resolution.
This is because you import the issue with status Closed. When transitioning the issue to closed a resolution is set by executing this transition.
On importing this is not done as no transition is executed.
