Issue with Child Tickets/Subtasks not Copying Parent ticket

Hello Team,

how to copy information from Parent ticket to Subtask/child tickets using Automation Rules ?  could you please share the script

So within an automation rule based on issue creation, you would need to check if the issue is a sub-task, then you need to retrieve the paren and then you are able to copy informaiton from the parent.

Hi @Kishor Mudhili , do you want to bind the operation to any action like "Parent issue updated"?

no. I don't want to sync anyting between both issues.  only when I tried to create ticket from Parent- all parent information ( perhaps Selected field ) should be copied to child issue.
