Issue with start working app - Charts and Reports for Jira Service Management

Hello everyone,

A used to trial version of app - Charts and Reports for Jira Service Management and then i uninstall this app but now i would like to use this app again.

Issue is that for now i can`t download this app again.

Now i want to use this app for fee.

Can someone help me resolve this issue?

Hi, thanks for response.

I have just tried to download but is doesn`t work yet.

I can`t download and use this app - Charts and Reports for Jira Service Management 

I need this app for creating KPI Reports.

APP is works but now i have faced with another issue - i don`t create any templates - an error occurs - "Something went wrong"

Can you help about this issue - we can`t use this app properly.

Hello,

Issue have been resolved,

I was creating "new custom widget" without create "new section" in main menu and so i was getting error - "something went wrong"

Then at first i have created "new section" and secondly i have created "new custom widget" and in this case everything is ok.
