Our customer cannot attach files to customer's JSD portal via Safari, and Chrome works from time to time:
Cannot attach file ... : Unknown server error (404)
Any help?

We haven't got a definite solution. I think you need to analyze traffic between a browser and a server. But firstly, I recommend you disable extensions in a browser and check whether it helps.

I am using JSM - 4.16.1 and still few customers are getting the same error message while trying to attach a file .
Is there any permanent resolution for this ?
