Jira Service Desk Multiple Approver

the transition was in Waiting for approval.
we have 2 approver.

we want to move on the transition even there is 1 to approved the request.

where can i adjust it? is in automation or in the workflow?

Hi @Rodriguez, Jhon Ronald 

You amend these details within the workflow. When you edit the workflow, click on the status where approvals are required and there should be an 'Add Approvals' tickbox on the right. Tick this and then select Configure.

If there are 2 users selected in the Approvers field, you can change the configuration by letting the task progress after 1 approval.
