Jira Servicedesk brainstorm!!!

Hi All,

Am trying to solve this case for our internal teams by using JSD Data-center, and I would like to hear from our community on approach or solution.

Use case:

For every request submitted by the customer, customer needs to submit a form along with it. Before JSD, customers used excel or word to fill both forms and email them accordingly.

Let's call form one as the Main form and form two as Support. For every main form, support from is mandatory.  I wanted to provide tabs on customer portal in JSD, but natively or via add-ons, it is not possible at the moment. This should only come from JSD itself, but not via JSW.

We want to make two forms as input forms and we don't want users to attach the second form as an attachment to the main ticket/form. How can we best achieve this?

Hi @KRC

Just to let know the ProForma has been submitted to Atlassian for Data Center accreditation.  Just waiting on outcome.

Regards

We have been using ProForma for years with JSD. Works with the rest of JIRA but shines with JSD

Hi @Arthur Mack

Thank you for your quick response, I believe ProForma is not available for the datacenter, we are with datacenter edition of JSD and JSW.

Thank you
