Jira field

Hi,

I have a question regarding "Time to resolution" field within Jira. When viewed as queue it shows time and date when the ticket will be breaching its SLA, but when exported or viewed as list view, it is only showing as hh:mm. Is there a way I can show date and time when exporting the data to excel ?

Thanks,

Rajan

Hi @Rajan Dangol

the only thing I can think of in native Jira is to use Jira Automation to read the breach time from Jira, write it into a custom field, and then add the custom field to your list view or export. This might be a good starting point.

Alternatively, if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a long list of so-called smart columns that aren’t natively available, including the breach time of your SLAs.

This is how it looks in action:

As you can see above, you can easily view, sort, and filter by your SLA's breach time, and also use it across JXL's advanced features, such as support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.

Of course, you can also export your data to XSLX (Excel or Google Sheets) or CSV in just two clicks.

This all just works - there's no scripting or automation whatsoever required.

Any questions just let me know,

Best,

Hannes

Hello @Rajan Dangol ,

That is how the product is built. May be any app on the marketplace might help your cause.
