Jira query with sums

Hello,

Can we create a query direct to the database?

The scope is to export sums from the query and not analytic data (which is what jira filters can offer)

Thank you in advance,

Aggeliki K.

HI @Aggeliki K

No on a cloud instance it's not possible to query in the database.

You can store numeric values in custom fields and use Jira automation to make calculations.

Hello @Marc - Devoteam ,

I will check how Jira automation can help us in calculations.

Alternatively, is there a free plugin that could help us export sums?

Thank you.

Hi @Aggeliki K

For creating sums there are app, but not free ones.

For automation documentation on calculating, see; https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-math-expressions/
