Hello everyone,
we are using Jira Service Management and want to create some knowledge base articles for our customers.
Now I found out that some of our articles are visible in our portal forms. (screenshot attached)
How can I disable this? Not every article is displayed, but I can't find the difference?

@Benjamin Buchwalda bit late but you have categories turned on for your knowledge base. turn that off and they should not appear
