Hello!

I am currently testing Jira Service Management Premium.

I would like to be able to create knowledge bases.
I have been offered the option of creating Confluence bases.

Is the price of Confluence knowledge bases included in the Jira Service Management Premium package or is it billed separately?

Thank you for your help.

Hi @Jonathan Alescio ,

Welcome. Confluence is billed separately. However, the users do not count when accessing the knowledge base from JSM for viewing.

The Confluence packaging tiers are similar to JSM. It has free, standard, premium, and enterprise.

Here's a link to pricing and features.

Hi @Benjamin

Thanks for your answer.

So how can I access the function below?

Most welcome, You would need confluence in order to access the function.

Here's the documentation to help setup the knowledge base connection on JSM to Confluence.

So, if I understand correctly, this feature is listed in the JSM plan but is not available without a paid subscription to Confluence?

Definitely need a subscription to Confluence. However, I only used similar or above plans along with JSM. For example, if the instance I'm using is on premium for JSM, usually the clients I work with use premium for Confluence. You may want to try out the free subscription of Confluence or Confluence trial.
