Label a Work Item with condition using the value within the Customer or Organization custom fields

Is there a way that we can automate whenever a new work item is created, it will check against a value in the custom field within the Organization, then label the work item. Thank you

If you have any questions about the automation, please let me know. The explanation is as follows: when a workitem is created and the organization is “AT Centro” (for example), you set the value “Yes” in Custom Field 1, also you can edit  labels fields.

Automation can look at the for a custom field value when a new work item is created and update the label.

You can use the "Work item created" trigger, to trigger the automation when a work item is created.
