Hello Community leaders,
Legacy automation in JSD is not triggering the in certain interval timings.
For example : last couple of days what I observed.
The rules are stopped triggering around 6 :45AM to 11: 35 AM. From 11:35AM the delayed rules are triggering at a time.this is happening repeatedly from last two days onwards.
Please suggest any solution on this
Thanks
Which version of JSM are you using?
We also noticed this behavior recently for our service desk projects and we are running JSM 4.20.10.
We have contacted Atlassian support and they have asked to generate the diagnostics by enabling the Java Flight Recorder (JFR) which is found in 'Troubleshooting and support tools' (if you are Jira administrator).
This should be enabled during the time when you notice the issue and can run it for about 20-30 mins. After that, without disabling the JFR, you will need to generate the support zip files which will include the JFR diagnostics as well and submit them to Atlassian support.
You can disable the JFR after generating the support zip files.
We have submitted the support zip files today and waiting for the response back from Atlassian support team.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Vamsi
