No, it is not possible. If your form is connected to a request type, then this request type if available to all customers within this JSM project. What is your goal?
Thanks @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ . We have types of users that should be able to view this form and we have ones that those who shouldn't. This form is under the same portal/project.

Currently there is not way to restrict request types to individual users/group. There is an open request about that though https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-195
