Link to the ticket on our response from jira service desk

Hi all,

 

I am trying to add a link to the ticket in our response from the ticket.

For example when our engineer respond from jira, we want automatically to add a link to this ticket so the customer you gets the email response can click on the link and go directly to the ticket.

Is that possible?

HI @Marios Chrysovergis - You can add a link to the comment notification email by adding the ${request.url} issue variable to the notification template content as illustrated below.

With the solution above, this can be added on the initial email. However, I want to have this in all responses from our tickets (when an engineer response).

The "Request created" customer notification is an example I grabbed from the Atlassian documentation page.  You can do the same customization for any of the customer notifications.  In your case you would want to customize the "comment added" notification.
