I want to add some buttons in a Project that will execute different webhooks, I have no issue creating the webhooks and sending the proper authentication and payload, but for the life of me I cannot find out how I can create buttons in JSM to execute them.
I would preferably not have them execute on a trigger but rather just that when a support staff is looking at the case just can select the automation rule and it executes.
Is that possible? Or do we need to add a custom field with dropdowns and have the automation rule trigger on that?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, we have just started with JSM. We are pretty used to REST and webhooks and that kind of stuff so it is probably a very basic question in JSM-design.
@Ola Carlander hi and welcome to the community!
Apart from what you've found, you could do that with a couple of ways:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Ah sorry, I probably just needed to ask the question to see the answer, it was under the details section. Sorry, for the 5yo question :)
