Hi, I am currently on the mission to migrate from Server to Cloud. (Jira Software and Service Management)
I've done some test migrations and ran into 2 errors. The resolution is available in the target system. This I already checked.
ERROR BS project-import We couldn't import Workflow 'Helpdesk Workflow Anruf V1' because of 1 missing dependencies: Resolution Erledigt.
Here I assume it is because of not existence SLAs, but how can they be missing, when I do the migration in the first place?
ERROR BS project-import We couldn't import Issue BS-8 because of 1 missing dependencies: Goal 92. This caused 5 other items to fail.
Anyone an idea and can help?
