Migration to Cloud

Hello, 

We are planning the migration to cloud, we are analizing the plugins that we have installed in server and his functionality in cloud. We use Actions for Jira Service Management which doensn't have Cloud version, is there another plugin in cloud which applies more or less the same configuration?

I believe you can achieve it via Atlassian Automation in Jira.

Manual Assessment is required for teams to go through the rules and duplicate them in Cloud

Thank you for your answer, but i think we can't use Atlassian Automation. We use Actions for Jira Service Managment to improve the customer experience, for example to set a display name at the customer portal or to set a description which it's shown on the transition screen on the Customer Portal. Can we achieve this with Automation?
