Missing field Unable to find it

When you send email into Jira it creates a request 

but Jira created fields the first test and we can't find them in custom fields on a global scale 

They don't exist in the scheme either ?

any ideas I need to remove them or rename it 

the email template only has summary, body and attachment in HTML/CSS

Thank you for the help its fixed now , the html parser was hung up and had to be turned on and off
