Mobile application issue

Hello , 

i cant invite my team to my project created on jira , once they log in to the application using google account my project didn't appear 

noting that they are invited to the jira web and working normally on my project

Yes i have tried this with many other users however when they log in using mobile app my project is not visible

@omar_abdelbaset so, in the end, it's only that one project which is 'causing problems' or this appears for some other projects as well? Is there maybe some kind of pattern you can notice?

For example, are we talking about company-managed or team-managed projects?
Business, software, or service projects?

Any additional info would be great.

I have multiple projects and they are not working all of them are not visible as i mentioned before 

i am talking about company -managed service project

I'd say this would require additional investigation for sure. E.g., how are each of those projects configured and such; but, again, if everything is working fine on browser, then it might be something with the mobile app 👀

If you're on Free plan, you could, potentially, start a free trial of Standard or Premium plan in order to be able to raise a ticket towards Atlassian. If you give them access to your instance, they could take a look at everything from their end and probably troubleshoot this.

Mobile apps are not that widely used and I've just been using it from time to time, so I cannot comment much on the overall experience when it comes to using the app to navigate through items and make some edits.

Have you managed to resolve this?
I know there are some limitations and potential bugs on the mobile version but I haven't seen this one yet.

If you've invited this user via web browser and they successfully managed to log in, have they tried the mobile app after a while to see if those projects will be listed/visible?
