My JIRA service management portal only shows requests with the status "Resolved" and with a single request type. The filters don't affect this, except to remove all the requests whenever "Resolved" or that single request type is deselected.
The portal only shows a very limited set of issues, closed requests with a status of resolved and a request type "Report a website problem". Within those limits, it doesn't display all the relevant issues, only 21 of 1000+.
