is it possible to add more SLA even we reached the 30 limit? what are the ways to do it?
Hi @SBACTL_JRFontanilla
Welcome to the community!
I see a feature request from 2021 for the same issue, but no changes yet. You can write to Atlassian support with a request to increase the number of SLAs, but in case of refusal, changing Jira's rate plan is more costly than subscribing to a third-party SLA add-on with the required options.
I suggest the SLA Time and Report for Jira Cloud. It contains many other features besides unlimited SLAs. For example, you will have unlimited automatic sending of custom notifications when your SLA goals are reached, or change the priority of the ticker, etc.
There will also be four types of reports to monitor and analyze your SLAs.

Try a 30-day trial to see if you're satisfied with these options. My team developed this add-on, so if you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them.
@Kateryna_v_SaaSJet_ Hi. May I know if how much the total will be for/per month of subscription for 50 user? And Does it have other premiums to pay to access other Features of the app?
Thanks.

@SBACTL_JRFontanilla Yes, you can calculate the price on this page.
Currently, paying for the add-on for 50 users will cost $62.50, while Jira's Premium plan - $152.50 per month.
So far, there are no restrictions on functionality, and immediately after payment, you get unlimited automation, SLA configurations and report export and all other add-on features.

It seems you duplicated your question over here.
On a different note - do have a good look at your SLA configuration and see if you can combine your settings into fewer rules. Having 30 or more different SLA rules in a single JSM project usually indicates you may be over-complicating things.
Do your really have over 30 different SLA targets? Or is it rather that you create a different JQL filter for every different selection of issues? If the last option is true, see if you can combine multiple JQL queries into one to consolidate the number of rules you have.
Hope this helps!

Hello @Walter Buggenhout
Yeah, it seems we're over doing our JIRA. We only got the standard version of it.
As my teammates said we've already done the "combine settings" but some user still asking more features that requires additional SLA's.
May I ask if requesting additional SLA to JIRA support still work? Because the last conversation I read about "Ask JIRA support for additional SLA" was discuss around 2020.
thaks.
