Need help with Round-Ribon Jira Server Automation rule

Hello,

Working on a Round-Robin to Email then Slack Automation Rule in JIra Server.

When checking Audit log I see these two issues and its not auto assigning the issues.

Not understanding the Issue condition alert:  The following issue does not match condition.  Second when I check the Rule details I do not see anything that allows me to update Project restrictions for Assign Issue alert.  Thank you.

Hi @lapacquah.bryant

Why are you using a branch? The actions you have would take place on the current issue that was created anyway.

I would move the actions out under the same level as the condition and remove the branch.

Also, when it says the Condition did not match, that means that the issue created did not have a value that matched for the Customer Request Type field that you are checking for.

Hello thank you, I am new to Jira admin and is using an Automation rule that was already in place.  :-)

I removed the branch.  What I noticed is that I have three different automation rules for three different Customer Request Types/queue's.  However all of the request types populate under each automation rule.   Which gives me both Success when its the right Request type and No Action Performed when its incorrect request type.  Should I combine into one Automation rule?  If yes whats best practice?

I am using the following smart value text under "And: Send email" section:

<a href="{{issue.url}}">Click to view {{issue.key}}</a>

<a href="https://jira.covermymeds.com/projects/AE/queues/custom/305"target="_blank">View 'Assigned to me' queue.</a>

I tried combining by adding each queue to the smart value text.  See update below:

<a href="{{issue.url}}">Click to view {{issue.key}}</a>

<a href="https://jira.covermymeds.com/projects/AE/queues/custom/305"target="_blank">View 'Assigned to me' queue.</a>

<a href="{{issue.url}}">Click to view {{issue.key}}</a>

<a href="https://jira.covermymeds.com/projects/AE/queues/custom/306"target="_blank">View 'Assigned to me' queue.</a>

<a href="{{issue.url}}">Click to view {{issue.key}}</a>

<a href="https://jira.covermymeds.com/projects/AE/queues/custom/333"target="_blank">View 'Assigned to me' queue.</a>

However this did not work and I continued to get the same Alert "No Action Performed".

My second issue is the Assign Issue alert?  The tickets are not auto assigning based on user's listed.

Can you share a fresh rule that you have built? (A screenshot)
