Need to configure a table on JSM End user portal which contains cascading values in the columns of table.
1) Need to configure a table on End-user portal.
2) Columns of the table should contain cascading values.
3)If we select first product value in column1 then the column 2 should show the dependent values of first product value selected in column1
4)Attaching excel for reference. Please refer the table. Example based on excel sheet: If we are selecting Procurement category 1 as "Facilities management" then Procurement category 2, Procurement category 3, & all the columns should show the cascading values of Facilities Management. If We select "Marketing & Sales" in Procurement category1 the all other columns should show the dependent values of Marketing & Sales, & so on....

Hi @Ritika Abhichandani ,

Welcome to the Community.

Where do you want to create this table in the portal ? In a request type ? In a form ? On a Knowledge base Confluence page ?

If I understand your case correctly, I don't think there is a way out-of-the box to implement this.

Best regards,

Kris

Hi @Kris Dewachter

Thanks for the support.

I want to configure a table on the JSM Customer Portal. The column of table should contain the cascading values. For example: If we select first drop down value in column1 then column2, column3, & so on.. should show the drop down values of column 1.

Please support & feel free to ask again if you have not understood.
