Not allow customers to add participants - disable share

Due to security aspects, in one project I do not want to allow users to add request participants. The participants will be added programmatically depending on other fields.

I would like to hide the "Share" button

Is there a way to do this?

Hi @Ines B_ ,

You should do the following two things:

• Remove all organizations in your JSM project
• And in the project settings > Customer permissions > Customer sharing you should choose the option 'Customers can search for other customers within their organizations'

Thanks, but I do not have any organization in the project. I'm using the option who can raise requests "customers who are added to the service project" and then the option you mentioned for sharing
