We use JSM for registration and handling of Feedback and Complaints cases for our projects. People who register the feedback and complaints cases are often offline in the field. I am looking for an option how we can use Jira off-line. Or an other tool that can be used off-line, from which we can later, as soon as the person is on-line, the data can be load in Jira?
Has someone experience with this.
Hi @Evert Morren Atlas Admin ,
We are an Atlassian Marketplace vendor and our app Mobility for Jira supports both Jira and JSM Portal. We would be very interested to learn more about your offline JSM Portal use case to make sure our upcoming changes support it. Please send an email to support@mobilitystream.com.
Thanks,
The Mobility Team,
Thanks for answering,
Is it possible to use the app if people are off-line (not connected to internet and without mobile connection)?
Our people are working in the field and doesn't have mobile connection and internet connection.
Regards,
Evert

Hi @Evert Morren Atlas Admin , although I'm not aware of a way for JSM to be used off-line, do your "field" users have access to mobile phone use in their locations? If so, they could use JSM via the mobile app. There's info at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/mobile-app if that's an option. Good luck!

Hi Susan, That is the problem, often no mobile available. So this is not an option. Thanks for your suggestion.

Evert

OK, I hear you @Evert Morren Atlas Admin. I found one article, it probably won't give you what you want but there's a suggestion in there that might spark another idea for you:
Hope you find what you need.
