Hi,
I am trying to connect opsgenie oncall teams to Jira teams.. and following instruction i should go in Jira > Team > Operations to set this up.
My problem is i dont have operations under teams. I read that this is gradually being introduced to cloud customers.
Is there a way i can eable this in any setting? or i just have to wait ?
You need to join the team to see Operations.

Hi @Andrey Kiyanovskiy, I realize that this is an old question, but I have a similar issue.
I have created a new team in a JIRA Cloud instance (sandbox environment), so in fact, I am member of this new team.
I wanted to enable Operations for this team like described in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/launch-your-team-operations/ but I also can't see the "Operations: Start your team’s operations with alerting" section.
Any advice?

Hey, thanks for the quick reply!
How would I check whether I have an active JSM license? I am only a user w/h admin permissions on the Jira Cloud sandbox environment where I wanted to test JSM. The IT operations department claims that I should have a JSM license, but I can't verify.
Additional info: In the actual prod Jira/JSM instance, I can see this section which lets me set up JSM for my team I guess:
I don't see this in the sandbox environment though.
Any ideas, how I can verify that I have an JSM license?
Best regards.

Okay, turned out that our admin indeed forgot to enable a setting.
Case closed.

Hi Sören.. may I ask what setting your admin forgot to enable? I'm facing the same issue (not having the Operations in Team details)

This is a good question. I'm working currently in a very corporate-y environment and I do not have this information and would need to create another ticket get it.
Sorry that I can't help you out here.
