Hello all,
I have a use case : I have clients that left our company, but I still need the information about their tickets for my KPI's.
But I don't want to let them active in the Organization's functionalities.
Is it possible just to inactive them, or what would be a better way to handle this case please ?

If they are portal only customers then you can revoke their access while leaving their information intact.

Yes you can make them inactive so they won't be allowed to log in. And you will still able be to find issue where they're the assignee or reporter.
