Perform query to obtain update date to a status

Francisco Osuna September 28, 2020

I need to have the view, with the corresponding column, of the date on which some incidents have entered a specific state. That is, on which date was it updated to the CLOSED status

Hi @Francisco Osuna ,

You can try Status Time app developed by our team. Apart from various other reports, It provides report on status entry dates as well as how long issues have been stayed on each status.

Below is the online demo link, you can see it in action and try. Hope it helps.

I think you want the resolutiondate

Francisco Osuna September 28, 2020

Thanks for the reply. No, I want the date in a state that is not related to the resolution

So you want to capture/view date of transition. Not a straight solution for this unfortunately. You might find this older post informative How-to-write-a-JQL-to-show-date-when-issue-status-CHANGED-FROM
