Please tell me how to make subqueues in the service desk

Unfortunately, you can't make sub-queues. Every queue has a different purpose and you can't order them as sub-queues.

This could mean that you end up with many queues for different purposes. It is up to the agents to select (and star) the correct one. As a project administrator, you could lend a hand by choosing some as team queues so they are always on top and easy to reach for the agents.

@Ильин Егор Егорович This looks like someone added the arrow character to the start of the name of the queue. It's a clever hack to make it look like it's a sub-queue. You can also add emojis or other symbols (think colored shapes/warning sign/star) to help differentiate between different queues.
