Hi,
Can I place a Pop-up on the customer's portal when logging in and ask him to validate the tickets that are waiting for his approval?
Are the tickets in Specific Status and when he logs into the portal, does the PopUp go up with only those tickets asking for his interaction?
Does anyone know if it is possible to do this in Jira Service Management (Cloud)

It's not possible. The notificação approval is sent by e-mail.
