Hello,
we have multiple projects in JSM and do not want every customer to be able to access them all. We need to allow any customer to create an account as we do not know in advance who needs to be added to a project.
The issue is that when a customer raises a ticket via email it is automatically added to the customer list in all projects with Service Desk Customer role and then has access to any project in the portal.
My question is: Is there another way for customer that send an email to be customer to ONLY the project they sent an email to?
Thanks.
Fanny
thanks for your question. Would it be ok, to limit access to the other projects to only a certain group of users?
That way the projects shouldn't be visible to everyone anymore.
Hi @Kai Becker ,
Any way we can specify which project a user can access to in the portal would be great.
I thought of project role but could not work it out.
We still need to have a few projects open so external people can raise queries.
We can have a few projects for internals only, if that helps.
Thanks heaps.
Fanny
