Portal form heading has been set to junk text by mistake

While setting up the portal I must have entered some junk text not knowing what to put in there. Now I can not figure out how to remove this.

Does anyone how to change the text here?

Hi @Jarrod Neven , what you see is a portal Announcement. When in the portal click on Customize and select Portal announcement.

OMG thank you, I feel stupid.

Had dismissed the announcements as being the cause because I assumed they would present differently then that.
